Herald Therapeutics has developed a pipeline of lung-targeted therapeutics designed to replenish thyroid hormone T3 and restore lung and heart function.

Our lead product candidate, ThyrOxy, delivers T3 directly to the lungs of intubated patients. To expand the potential use of targeted T3 therapy to a broader range of cardiopulmonary diseases, we have also developed an aerosolized formulation of ThyrOxy, which enables direct inhalation.
